There are five reasons why salvation is through Jesus only: Because Jesus said so—John 3:16; 5:24; 10: 9; 14:6-7; 17:3 Because the Word of God says so---Acts 4:12, Romans 6:23, 10:9, I Timothy 2:5 Because of who He is Because of what He has done for me that no other god has done Because of what He has done Because Jesus Said So Time and time again, especially in the Gospel of John, Jesus told his disciples and the people he was teaching that there was only one way to guarantee salvation from eternal death and gain eternal life with Him and that was to believe in Him, believe His Words and believe that through Him salvation is assured. He was the one and only way through whom one can get to God the Father. (John 3:16; 5:24; 10: 9; 14:6-7; 17:3) Because the Word of God says so Not only do the Gospels proclaim that it is only through Jesus that eternal life is assured, but throughout much of the New Testament of God’s Word it states that there is only one name whereby we can be saved and by only one person can we obtain forgiveness of sin and salvation and that name is Jesus. (Acts 4:12, Romans 6:23, 10:9, I Timothy 2:5) Because of who He is He is the one and only true Son of God, creator of all. Who came to Earth and lived as a man, died, was raised from the dead and returned to Heaven to live eternally as God the Son. No one else can make these claims.
